Your name (company, organization, group, etc.)  and logo, if desired, will be displayed at the Loews hotel for the duration of the event, appear in our event program, and on our website for an entire year. 

Available Naming Rights for the 2011 Wedathon for the Children

By purchasing naming rights for the event, in addition to the above, you will receive the following incentives...

Grooms Ready Room:  $200.  You will have your name and logo representing the groom’s ready room, with signage at the entrance and throughout the room and on all correspondence. 

Bridal Suite:  $200.  You will have your name and logo representing the bridal suite, with signage at the entrance and throughout the suite and on all correspondence. 

Wedding Reception Table:  $300.  You can sponsor one of only ten 60” round tables in our wedding reception hall.  Your name, on two 7” x 5” placards will be prominently placed at the center of the professionally decorated table for the entire event, giving you great visibility to hundreds of guests.

The live Internet Feed:  $1,000.  The 2011 Wedathon will feature another first; a live, multi-camera Internet feed covering the entire 40 hour event!  This sponsorship will display your name continuously throughout the event, as the “YOUR COMPANY” Internet Cam, and will be seen by all that view the event’s live feed at livestream.com and our website, www.WedathonForTheChildren.com.

The Wedding Hall:  $1,500.  It doesn’t get more prestigious than having our wedding hall adorned with your company (or organization, group, etc.) name.  All the magic takes place here!  This will include elegant signage at the entrance and throughout the room and on all correspondence.

The Wedding Reception Room:  $1,500.  This may be the one exception.  As the weekend’s social center, your company (or organization, group, etc.) name will be displayed prominently at the entrance, throughout the room and on all correspondence. 

Name Sponsor:  $3,000.  This sponsorship will serve as our highest sponsorship.  Your name will be included in all event correspondence, media, and communications.  If you’re looking to increase your visibility to the Atlanta community, local and national media, and thousands of supporters, here is where you want to be!  This level will read: 

Sylvia’s 2011 Wedathon for the Children, sponsored by “YOUR COMPANY NAME”
